We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Director of Digital Workplace & Collaboration to lead the evolution of our global workplace environment. What you will be doing:

Lead & Evolve the Digital Workplace

• Own the global Digital Workplace strategy and ensure a stable, modern and scalable platform.
• Drive global standardization of workplace technologies and services.
• Oversee all Digital Workplace services, including:
  • Endpoint Management
  • Mail & Messaging
  • Collaboration & File Sharing
  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
  • Client Application Lifecycle Management

Strategic Guidance & Innovation

• Serve as the key point of contact for senior management and business leaders on Digital Workplace topics.
• Collect, assess and translate current and future business needs into technical solutions aligned with IT and vendor strategy.
• Bring your own vision, strategic direction and continuous improvement roadmap.
• Foster automation, self‑service and a data‑driven culture for service optimization.

Architecture, Governance & Performance

• Define and maintain the technical roadmap, ensuring aligned architectures and up‑to‑date low‑level designs.
• Establish KPIs and use them to drive team performance, user experience and IT service satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and best‑practice regulations.
• Conduct periodic maturity assessments, identifying risks and improvement areas.

Operational Excellence & Delivery

• Lead critical IT projects to successful completion.
• Act as escalation point for high‑priority incidents or service concerns.
• Develop and implement guidelines, procedures and governance frameworks.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensure high-quality service delivery and negotiate contracts.

Financial & People Leadership

• Contribute to budget definition and oversee daily OPEX/CAPEX requests.
• Promote cost awareness and efficiency across the team.
• Mentor and guide your team, setting clear objectives and fostering a high‑performance, collaborative culture.

What you need to succeed:

• 15+ years of experience leading and developing high‑performing technical IT teams.
• Deep expertise in modern workplace technologies, including Intune/SCCM, MDM (iOS), Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform), and Microsoft OS/device management.
• Strong background in application lifecycle management, large‑scale deployments, and IT service management (ServiceNow, ITIL).
• Experience driving global transformation, standardization, automation, and Agile ways of working.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, vendor negotiation and financial planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with strong ownership, structure‑building mindset, and leadership presence.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Self-directed and innovative mindset. 
• Eagerness to take ownership of projects and responsibilities, driving personal and professional growth.
• Experience working in diverse, international settings or with global teams.
