About the role

As our first point of contact for customers, the Customer Service Advisor plays a key role in the Mizuno Golf Team in EMEA. To provide an efficient level of customer service by ensuring customers are regularly updated with regards to their order book and that shipments are completed on time with correct documentation 

Key tasks and responsibilities include;

 • Ensure that goods are shipped to customers on a regular basis to meet their delivery requirements.

• Process all customers’ orders and ensure that sales orders are confirmed by customers before PO is placed or stock allocated.

• Process Golf custom fit orders and update the customer with accurate production and delivery dates. Liaise with clients for heads stock.

• Answer queries from customers when required.

• Regularly update warehouses with export shipping schedules.

• Regularly update customers on the progress of their orders including any discrepancies and delays.

• Allocate, pick and ship orders in line with payment terms, credit status and shipping schedules.

• Liaise with credit control to ensure prepayments are received prior to shipments.

• Liaise with purchasing staff to obtain delivery dates for incoming stocks.

• Ensure shipments are accompanied by the correct documentation and controlled with the correct Customs documentation.

Initially onboarding training on a central location in Europe, this role is a 100% remote working from home position either in Sweden, Germany or The Netherlands.

About you

  • Previous experience of customer services within an export/shipping departments

  • Good communication skills

  • Intermediate or advance Excel skills

  • Experience with databases

  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines with good organisational skills.

  • Attention to details

  • Swedish fluent speaker, and English
