Amer Sports - Credit Management Specialist – Order Release (second shift) - Kraków

Remote, Krakow

Second shift:  2PM-10PM or 3PM – 11PM

We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Credit Management Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment, learns fast, and collaborates well across teams. If you enjoy solving problems and want to grow your finance skills, this role is for you.

What you will be doing:

• Release orders on credit hold by investigating issues and taking timely, appropriate action.
• Manage credit‑limit exceedances in line with the credit policy, escalating when needed.
• Respond to internal inquiries (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) quickly and professionally.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships to resolve order and credit matters end‑to‑end.
• Monitor CreditSafe notifications and update CMD accounts per internal rules.
• Maintain and improve procedures: learn our systems, keep manuals up to date, and suggest enhancements.
• Perform other credit/AR activities as assigned to support seamless order‑to‑cash flow.

What you need to succeed:

• Language: Very good English (written & spoken). 
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in order processing and/or accounts receivable/credit control.
• Tools: Very good Excel (filters, sorting, formatting, calculations, keyboard shortcuts, VLOOKUP). Basic knowledge of SAP (or strong willingness to learn).
• Competencies:
  • Solid attention to detail and basic problem‑solving with guidance
  • Ability to manage workloads and deadlines with supervision
  • Comfortable following established procedures and seeking help when needed
  • Growth mindset and openness to feedback/mentoring
