As a Corporate Strategy Analyst, you’ll drive strategic growth by delivering clear, actionable insights on market trends, competitive dynamics, brand performance, and potential M&A opportunities.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and be part of a corporate strategy team operating at the center of Amer Sports Inc.—a New York–listed company with iconic brands and a strong global footprint. If you’re highly analytical, motivated, and ready to take ownership of complex strategic projects, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to long-term value creation.

What you will be doing:

• Lead market intelligence efforts by analysing industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to support decision making process
• Drive brand performance management by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators, assessing business unit results, and recommending actions to enhance business performance
• Support M&A initiatives through target identification, financial and strategic assessment, and integration planning.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning (LTSP) by providing forward-looking analyses, scenario modeling, and recommendations on critical growth initiatives.
• Develop executive-ready reports and dashboards that enhance performance transparency and enable fact-based decision-making at the leadership level.
• Deliver clear strategic recommendations by synthesizing complex data and insights into actionable business cases and presentations for leadership discussions.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or a related field.
• 2+ years of prior professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a related function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to generate insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Highly proactive, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong English communication skills required, both spoken and written.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP Analysis for Office and Bloomberg Terminal is a plus.
• Self-directed and innovative mindset. 
• Eagerness to take ownership of projects and responsibilities, driving personal and professional growth.
• Experience working in diverse, international settings or with global teams.
