We have an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to drive circularity in a cross‑functional and ambitious team. As our first Circularity Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how Peak Performance accelerates its transition toward circular business models and responsible resource use.

In this role, you will own the full process of implementing and managing circular initiatives across the organization. You will be part of the Sustainability and Quality team and work closely with Product, Design, Sourcing, Retail and Logistics to ensure that circularity is embedded in both strategy and daily operations. A central part of the role is also to secure compliance with relevant regulations and upcoming requirements impacting circularity.

We are looking for someone with strong informal leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and solid project management experience. You thrive in a hands‑on, operational role where you balance structure with creativity, and you are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Experience from similar roles within the outdoor or apparel industry is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, implement and manage circular initiatives and business models across the value chain.

• Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations related to circularity, including monitoring upcoming requirements.

• Develop clear structures and processes to increase the flow and handling of unsold goods, samples and take‑back products.

• Collaborate cross‑functionally to integrate circularity into product development, sourcing, logistics and retail operations.

• Track and report progress on circularity KPIs and initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience within an apparel brand, ideally with exposure to technical outerwear or sportswear.

• Documented experience in project management.

• Background in product development or buying is a plus.

• Experience in quality management is a plus.

• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
