Are you curious, detail-oriented, and ready to kickstart your career in logistics and finance? We’re looking for a Junior Freight Audit Specialist to help ensure accurate billing and compliance for parcel and pallet shipments in the US and Canada, while gaining hands-on experience with global operations and iconic sports brands.

What you will be doing:

• Check outbound freight invoices for accuracy against contracts and agreed rates.
• Spot errors, raise disputes with carriers, and follow them through to resolution.
• Be the main point of contact for carriers on invoice questions and updates.
• Work closely with Accounts Payable to make sure payments are correct and on time.
• Keep audit records, reports, and share your knowledge with the team.
• Help analyze freight costs and support problem-solving initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and team efficiency.

What you need to succeed:

• Fluent in English, written and spoken; enjoys connecting with colleagues and carriers, asking questions, and learning from every interaction.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and logical thinking.
• Basic accounting or logistics knowledge; relevant education or experience is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable collaborating in a multicultural team environment.
• Microsoft Office skills; SAP experience (FICO, LE) is a bonus.
