Step into the office with the same energy and precision as Atomic on the slopes, Salomon on the trail, and Wilson on the court – be the driving force behind Amer Sports’ winning team! This part-time position is about 25 hours per week, with afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday.

What you will be doing:

• Own the front desk: manage switchboard calls, welcome customers and suppliers with a smile.
• Handle mail and courier operations: sort, ship, track, and organize parcels efficiently.
• Support cost management: enter expenses in Ariba, code invoices, and manage online orders.
• Keep the office running: manage emails, telephony, hardware needs, technicians, and cleaning services.
• Organize events and travel: coordinate bookings, refreshments, and internal events with flair.
• Tackle ad hoc projects: provide flexible support wherever the team needs you.

What you need to succeed:

• Experience in similar roles (1–2 years), ideally in an international environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable, flexible, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative spirit.
• Strong command of English (B2 level) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, or comparable systems.
