About the Company

The University of Pau and Pays de l’Adour (UPPA) is a dynamique university offering three departments of study :

• science and technology
• literature, languages, arts, social sciences and
• humanities and sport

Which are composed of a variety of interesting and challenging study programs – Bachelor, Master , work/study programmes or apprenticeships. Additionally the IUTs, the IAE and two engineering schools are part of the entire educational construct.

The campus in Pau is located right next to the Spanish boarder, close  to the ocean and the mountains at the same time.

There are five campuses:

• Anglet,
• Bayonne,
• Pau,
• Mont-de-Marsan and
• Tarbes.

Each campus has its own specialisation department in order to propose the best study programs and a high quality educatin to all of our students.  Every location offers modern university library, several sports activities, a cultural programme and a range of student associations.

Today, the University of Pau hosts 1,700 international students and strives to broaden the student’s horizon by cooperating with 51 partner countries worldwide. There are 80 inter-university cooperation agreements and 179 Erasmus partner universities.
