We’re looking for Senior Manager, Workday & HR Technology Products for Amer Sports’ office in Helsinki.

This is a technology leadership role responsible for the product management and continuous evolution of our HR technology portfolio. Workday serves as the foundation of our global HR technology landscape and is our most strategic people platform. While you will own the broader HR technology portfolio, a significant part of your focus will be ensuring Workday continues to evolve as the core platform supporting our global people processes, employee experience and business growth.

You will partner closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders and external partners to ensure our technology investments create measurable business value, enable scalable global processes and support our ambitious growth strategy. Beyond technology, you will play a key role in developing our HR Technology operating model, governance and ways of working.

What you will be doing

Lead the HR Technology Product Portfolio

  • Ensure products deliver business value and support our people strategy.
  • Balance strategic investments, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Drive product decisions that enhance employee experience, business outcomes and technology sustainability.

Shape the HR Technology Operating Model

  • Evolve the HR Technology operating model, governance and prioritization frameworks.
  • Lead demand management and portfolio prioritization across HR Technology.
  • Strengthen collaboration between HR, IT, business teams and external partners.
  • Foster a product mindset focused on ownership, continuous value delivery and measurable outcomes.

Partner with the Business

  • Build trusted relationships with HR and business stakeholders.
  • Translate business strategy and evolving needs into technology capabilities and roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate processes.
  • Balance global standards with local and brand-specific requirements.

Drive Product Evolution & Delivery

  • Lead the continuous development of Workday and the broader HR technology ecosystem.
  • Ensure solutions remain scalable, secure and aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Champion innovation, including automation, AI and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, security and data governance standards while supporting strategic transformation initiatives.

What you need to succeed

  • Extensive experience leading HR technology products, platforms or digital transformation initiatives in a global organization.
  • Workday expertise with hands-on experience across multiple modules and a proven track record of leading Workday strategy, roadmap development and continuous platform optimization in a global environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management and HR technology ecosystems.
  • Experience managing product portfolios, budgets, vendors and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven people leadership experience, including building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to take ownership and strive for excellence in how work is planned, executed and improved
  • Openness to working in an international environment and learning from different perspectives
