Are you ready to make an impact in a global finance organization? We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who thrives on turning data into insights and shaping key business decisions. In this role, you will lead the Management Finance Review Process—creating clear, compelling materials that drive productive discussions and informed decisions across Amer Sports.

What you will be doing:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be at the center of our financial storytelling. Your work will help senior leaders understand performance, surface insights, and make strategic choices.

• Coordinate, prepare, and deliver monthly and quarterly financial review materials.
• Analyze group, segment, and brand financial results by transforming complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
• Support Group Forecasting analysis and highlight key takeaways from brand plans.
• Act as a connector between Brand Finance Teams, Accounting, and other Functions by sharing updates, answering questions, and promoting best practices to strengthen enterprise performance.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses to support specific business inquiries.
• Drive continuous improvement in review processes and reporting quality.
• Collaborate with Reporting and Brand Finance teams to refine reports and presentations.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or financial reporting.
• Strong experience working with senior management and finance teams.
• Background in the sporting goods industry and understanding of its trends is a plus.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable working in a complex, multinational organization.
• Ability to turn complex datasets into clear, compelling stories.
• Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with tools such as OneStream, Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Analysis for Office.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
