We’re looking for a finance leader who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork – someone ready to make an impact across our global operations.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing Record to Report team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Set team goals, track performance, and support professional growth
• Drive period, quarter, and year-end closing processes with a strong focus on quality, speed, and control compliance
• Own the R2R controls environment, including SOX compliance, documentation, and audit support
• Prepare and review Financial Statements and key management reports
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with business partners, auditors, and key stakeholders
• Lead process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives as part of the finance transformation agenda
• Prioritize effectively and ensure smooth day-to-day R2R operations

What you need to succeed:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 6+ years of experience in finance/accounting roles, including 2–3 years leading a team
• Strong knowledge of General Accounting, financial reporting, and accounting controls, including SOX
• SAP accounting system experience
• Experience with BlackLine and/or OneStream is a strong asset
• Transformation and automation mindset with a passion for process improvement
• Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver under pressure
• Fluent English (C1) with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Business-minded with a solid understanding of organizational processes
• Highly motivated, achievement-driven leader who inspires teams and drives continuous improvement
