What you will be doing:

As a Junior SAP Key User, you will play a key role in the evolution and integration of our digital business processes. Acting as a bridge between end users, customers, and technical teams, you’ll help ensure smooth communication and deliver efficient solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the interface between SAP end users, customers, and IT specialists
  • Supporting the implementation and development of SAP and EDI processes
  • Analyzing and optimizing existing workflows to improve efficiency and quality
  • Conducting tests and validations of new SAP and EDI functionalities
  • Creating and maintaining documentation and training materials for end users
  • Supporting international SAP rollouts and projects

What you need to succeed:

  • Initial experience with SAP systems, ideally as a user or key user
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a “can-do” attitude
  • Analytical thinking and a structured, hands-on approach
  • Team spirit and confidence in an international environment
