We’re looking for a Junior Freight Audit Specialist who loves numbers and problem-solving. You’ll ensure inbound Air & Sea freight invoices are accurate, keep costs transparent, and help teams and carriers work seamlessly together.

What you will be doing:

• Audit inbound freight invoices (primarily Air and Sea shipments) and verify accuracy against contracts and agreed rates.
• Spot discrepancies and manage disputes with carriers from start to finish.
• Be the go-to contact for carriers on invoice queries and amendments.
• Partner with Accounts Payable to guarantee timely and correct payments.
• Maintain audit records, exception reports, and share knowledge across the team.
• Support ad-hoc analyses of freight costs and invoice data.
• Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency initiatives.

What you need to succeed:

• Fluent in English, written and spoken; enjoys connecting with colleagues and carriers, asking questions, and learning from every interaction.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and logical thinking.
• Basic accounting or logistics knowledge; relevant education or experience is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable collaborating in a multicultural team environment.
• Microsoft Office skills; SAP experience (FICO, LE) is a bonus.
