Amer Sports GBS is seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Invoice to Cash Accounting Assistant who will support the finance department by managing billing processes and handling customer credit transactions. This role is responsible for preparing invoices, processing credit notes, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with the resolution of billing discrepancies.

What you will be doing:

• Working on the SAP system
• Processing invoices and credits, timely and accurately as per procedures.
• Responding to inquiries and requests from collectors and departments.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal departments. 
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the dispute process through Dispute Tool
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• High attention to detail and investigative mindset.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Strong team player.
