What you will be doing

HR Administration & Documentation: Scan, process, organize, and maintain HR documentation in compliance with internal policies and procedures, while providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations.

HR Systems & Communication: Update and maintain HR chatbot content and the HR SharePoint site, ensuring that all information remains accurate, relevant, and up to date.

Onboarding Support: Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires by communicating directly with candidates, responding to queries, ensuring documentation compliance, and facilitating onboarding sessions for individuals engaged under civil contracts.

Employee Engagement & Recognition: Coordinate employee gifts and support employee recognition initiatives and events to enhance employee experience and engagement.

Projects & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting their successful implementation and delivery.
What you need to succeed
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Languages: English – advanced level (written and spoken) required for internal communication and documentation; Polish – advanced level (written and spoken).
- Digital & administrative skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Soft skills: Service-oriented and supportive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.

- Relevant experience: Interest or basic experience in HR administration or office support roles; previous internship or practical experience in HR is an asset.
