Amer Sports - EMEA HRSS Specialist - Kraków

Hybrid, Krakow, Contract until the end of 2026, with a potential opportunity to extend.

We’re looking for an EMEA HRSS Specialist to join our HR Operations team in Krakow. In this role, you’ll be a key partner for our brands across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Germany—making sure our HR processes run smoothly and employees receive a seamless experience throughout their journey with us.

You’ll collaborate closely with local HR teams, keep Workday data accurate and up to date, and take ownership of operational HR changes when needed. What you will be doing:

• Works closely with all the brands’ HR teams on ad-hoc operational admin requests;
• Maintain the changes in Workday on brands’ level for EMEA region;
• Take the ownership of the operational HR changes if needed;
• Operational responsibility for HR Admin processes across the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding within their area of responsibility;
• Manages the regular HR Admin responsibilities for the countries in their scope;

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations in a fast‑paced environment
• HR Administration expertise, including Workday, SAP, or similar HRIS systems
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications — intermediate or advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong planning, organizing, and time‑management skills
• Excellent communication skills for clearly conveying ideas and collaborating with stakeholders
• Customer‑focused mindset with a service‑oriented approach
• Methodical, structured, and solution‑oriented working style
• Team‑player mindset with a proactive attitude
• Fluent English; communicative German. Knowledge of Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian at a communicative level is considered a plus.
