Join our Customer Service Team and play a key role in ensuring every order is handled accurately, every customer is informed, and every interaction leaves a positive impression. What you will be doing:

  • Own the customer journey from start to finish, ensuring all requests and instructions are correctly interpreted and fully actioned.
  • Process customer orders accurately in our IT systems, meeting all service level agreements and identifying opportunities to upsell products and services.
  • Ensure orders are completed on time and in full, keeping customers informed professionally and transparently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.
  • Support your colleagues as needed and contribute to improving existing processes and workflows.
  • Meet personal and team targets while actively pursuing your own professional development.
  • Bring fresh ideas and a proactive approach to enhance team performance, culture, and customer satisfaction.

What you need to succeed:

  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Experience in Customer Service or back-office roles, preferably with order management.
  • Strong Excel and database skills; SAP and Salesforce knowledge is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Outgoing, positive attitude, and ability to influence and contribute to team culture.
  • Passion for sports and outdoor industry.
