We're looking for an outstanding Community Coordinator to join our Orefici 11 team based in Milan.

OREFICI11 is an innovative retail space that features products from The North Face, Vans, Timberland, Napapijri, Dickies. Housed inside a historic building at 11 Orefici Street in Milan, Italy, the store will deliver a unique retail experience featuring The North Face, Vans,Timberland, and Napapijri, with other VF brands periodically showcasing their premium collections. Surrounded by international offices and high-street retail brands, the 22,000 square-foot space will span three levels and feature advanced technology to deliver immersive brand experiences and virtual journeys through the store.
 

Let's talk about the role!

As the Orefici 11 Community Coordinator, you oversee building out relations and partnerships with influential authenticators and communities who are moving the world forward. Your role is to work across PR and marketing functions to build a unique point of view and strategy around our company’s approach to innovators, micro-influencers and creators and their role in building an Orefici 11 community in Milano. You'll be a key member of Orefici 11 team reporting to the General Store Manager, Orefici.

How you'll make a difference
 

• Build relationships and partnerships with influential authenticators and communities with a focus in the Milan area
• Work across marketing and business functions to build a unique point of view and strategy around Orefici’s approach to innovators, micro-influencers and creators and their role in building an Orefici community.
• Support all the marketing teams of The North Face, Timberland, Napapijri, Vans and Dickies to activate the brands in the store
• Define a social media strategy for Orefici 11 and execute the plan in coordination with the agency and all the marketing teams of the five brands
• In coordination with the Orefici 11 General Manager, execute the product collabs strategy.
• Play a key role in building out tier 0 influential network across fashion, street, design, art with a focus in Milan.
• Manage the external agency with regards to all the activations in store.
• Responsible for amplifying unique energy projects from an Orefici marketing perspective.
• Drive collaboration and act as a bridge between Marketing/Phy-gital/ Sales and incorporate feedback to improve Go-To-Market integration and execution.
• Manage the marketing budget for the store

• Deep knowledge of Milan cultural movements, relevant communities and influential communities
• Community lover, passionate about new trends and social activities
• Preferably experienced in building collaborations, marketing approaches, anchored in culture, relationship and partnership.
• Ability to think both creatively and critically; demonstrating strategic abilities and the desire to push boundaries.
• Energetic self-starter with excellent communication.
• Passionate about our brands and their DNA

• Language skills: Italian and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
