Full TimeBookmark Details
If you are one-part petrol head and one part future mobility dreamer, KISKA is the perfect playground to get your ideas onto the road. One day, you’re taking KTM, Husqvarna Motorcycles, and GASGAS to the next level. The next, you’re getting new brands in Asia to market. Another day you could be supporting start-ups as they boost sustainability in emerging markets, creating pure speed machines, or developing the next big thing in micromobility.
In short: it’s all about tackling the next challenge.
The expectations are high, but team work makes big things happen. We collaborate in multidisciplinary groups, connecting specialists in different fields to boost our knowledge and build better targets throughout the design and development process.
In this role you will…
- Collaborate with designers and clients to understand and interpret design briefs clearly and effectively.
- Work closely with the design team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Inspire and support team members in exploring creative, innovative ideas while staying mindful of project requirements.
- Contribute to identifying potential production challenges and propose practical solutions for processes and technical execution.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality design outcomes and participate in hands-on execution when needed.
We are looking for…
- Comfortable working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to foster a positive and motivating environment for team members.
- Enthusiastic about taking ownership of tasks and contributing to the success of projects.
- Passion for creative problem-solving and the ability to guide others in balancing innovative ideas with practical outcomes.
- Experience in leading or contributing to project teams is a plus but not required—willingness to learn and grow in this area is highly valued.
- Relevant work experience is appreciated but not mandatory; we welcome candidates from junior to senior level.
