KEY PLAYER

You work closely with the management team, which makes reporting and communication extremely important. Together with the managers, you consistently stimulate cooperation in the team. In the absence of the Manager, the team can rely on you, and you and the assistant are the first point of contact. Your sense of responsibility is always at the heart of supporting and managing your team.

PRODUCT EXPERT

You are dedicated to our products and ensure that the store is attractive to our customers. You insist on a flawless presentation of the store. And after all, you’re a true ambassador for the Skechers brand promoting our products and technologies to our customers.

MENTOR

 Trainer, coach and MENTOR! A Supervisor supervises extraordinary personal achievements, encourages team collaboration, and ensures that everything runs smoothly. You are always up-to-date on all the news, you have insight, and you are a born planner by nature!

 

Qualifications

• Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
• Je weet hoe je de verkoop kunt stimuleren en ervoor kunt zorgen dat jouw winkel de targets kan behalen. 
• Jouw team is een essentiële factor voor jouw verkoopresultaten en jouw klantenrelaties, en daarom ben je goed in staat om talent te detecteren en te stimuleren.
• Je bent een expert in het beheren van voorraden en het presenteren van de winkel.
• Je bent altijd efficiënt en effectief, je weet prioriteiten te stellen en je bent in staat om flexibel te reageren op onvoorziene omstandigheden.
• Communicatie is belangrijk voor jou en je beschikt over de vaardigheid om informatie over te dragen en je team aan te sturen.
• Beheersing van de Engelse taal.
