Retail (office team)

In short

You will be responsible for developing training programs and blended learning experiences for the retail team, helping shape and define learning culture in one of the most exciting and fastest growing sportswear brands in the world. In this position, you will develop innovative and exciting learning programs focused around people, products, tools/systems, customer experience and other current and future business needs.

Your mission

– Support key partners in performing needs assessments, determining in detail what we are trying to solve for or achieve.
– Set training objectives and design training programs based on adult learning principles and innovative instructional design.
– Develop exciting and engaging blended learning experiences using the On Learning and Development philosophy.
– Communicate and deploy training tools via dedicated TTT sessions with Regional Training teams.
– Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, incorporating feedback and keeping materials updated, launching new iterations as needed.
– Work with our Global Learning and Development team as well as our functional training teams to unify training content across channels for efficient and fast roll-outs.

Your story

– 3-4 years of experience as a training manager or specialist developing training content and tools.
– You have a passion for learning technology and instructional design.
– You have experience with creating blended learning programs which include digital (SCORM, APP based), virtual (PPT, Slides) and in-person (workshop, activities) tools.
– You are experienced at creating high impact Powerpoints or Google Slides and have some graphic design skills (inDesign, Illustrator, Canva). Video editing skills are a plus (iMovie, FinalCut).
– You have the entrepreneurial mindset to develop innovative programs, as you are resourceful, nimble, and creative.
– You have excellent project management skills and know how to get the best from your SMEs.

Meet the team

You will be based out of On’s Zurich or London office and will work with key retail partners to define learning needs, set strategic learning objectives and develop the learning experience or program. Together with the Retail Training Senior Lead, you will bring a customer-centric mindset to all programs, keeping both our learners and On fans on top of mind.
