Retail (office team)

In short

This is your opportunity to become a core part of On China team to support the fastest-growing global sports brand with their own retail store expansion and operation strategy. In this position, you will be supporting the DTC Retail team for bringing retail performance to the next level. You will be in charge of DTC retail performance management (data management & analysis, retail KPI management, retail data visualization & reporting, business intelligence) while ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Your mission

– Develop and maintain BI dashboards to visualize key metrics and KPIs that enable the retail team to have on-time and accurate retail performance data.

– Collaborate with different stakeholders to understand business requirements, discover data insight and provide analytical support.

– Building and maintenance of the data warehouses and data pipelines in cooperation with IT ream.

– Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and drive strategic initiatives.

– Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis.

– Based on business intelligence and company business plan, collaborate with the finance team and other retail stakeholders to set up monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets and KPIs for individual stores and teams.

– Regularly track and evaluate store performance against targets, providing feedback and guidance as needed.

– Regular store visit, to evaluate the store performance including sales, KPI, staff productivity, customer service, help store to find sales opportunities and improve retail KPI.

– Support retail related innovation projects.

Your story

– You have 3+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a similar role, previous experience in retail or the sports industry is a plus.

– Technical background is preferred.

– You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on sales and performance data, proven ability to drive sales and improve business performance.

– You are familiar with data analysis technology, tools and third-party solutions.

– You are a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal, hospitality and communication skills across physical and digital channels .

– Fluent in English and Mandarin(reading, speaking, writing), multi-language skills is a plus

– College degree and above, bachelor’s degree preferred.
