As GTM Digital Campaign Manager you will work within the Global Digital team, an environment where we make ideas happen fast and give you high levels of responsibility. You will be driving global marketing campaigns with a digital lens and oversee all connected digital touch-points. We are looking for a self-driven personality that is able to craft digital campaigns and make use of digital channels to engage with consumers, driving brand growth, revenue and retention. With a digital background, you will contribute to a high-performing team with a consumer-centric and data-driven culture at the core, turning your insights into productive initiatives for increased performance.

Your mission

– Drive impactful launches of product and brand campaigns across the digital marketing landscape
– Lead key digital campaigns, ensuring clarity in strategy, objectives and KPIs, production deliverables and rollout as well as overall planning and execution
– Ensure a smooth campaign process and effective coordination across different teams and functions at a global and regional level such as: acquisition, merchandising, CRM, digital product, customer service and other relevant stakeholders
– Steer the production of best in class creative assets and copy for paid and owned digital channels in collaboration with the creative team
– Define end-to-end successful customer journeys across the digital marketing funnel
– Keep a pulse on KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve results

Your story

– You have 3+ years of experience in a Campaigning position connected to Digital Marketing
– You have exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills and can work effectively across cross-functional teams including digital marketers, growth teams, designers, engineers, data scientists and content editors
– You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are comfortable to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment handling multiple projects
– You have a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and a good grasp of the role each channel manager owns
– You have proven experience in owning KPIs, budget and driving growth
– You are self motivated and driven to embrace new challenges and committed to continuous learning
