Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Operations Specialist to manage the planning and analysis of retail sales in a specific geographic area. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and prospects that could drive future sales. You will also be tasked with developing short-term sales plans, evaluating the operational needs of clients, strengthening brand and product awareness, and proposing tailored solutions.

Your missions :

  • Drive weekly Global Retail business reports for the Leadership team and a weekly action plan both for the Retail Department and all stores,
  • Drive, take ownership and execute the Global Retail commercial calendar to reach the yearly KPI targets, in close collaboration with the Ecom team.
  • Lead global strategic projects with internal and external stakeholders for all retail channels,
  • Lead and monitor the NPS (Net Promotor Score) and customer data collection in store,
  • Collaborate to the content creation for training, webinars, and retail summits,
  • Actively collaborate on a frequent basis with the merchandising team and inform shops on new products, shortages, to develop the macro calendar and define the strategy for sales,
  • Lead and manage complex projects dealing with different stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Business Management or Marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the retail industry (in-store experience is a plus) or 2 years in a similar role within an international environment.
  • Solid background in project management.
  • In-depth understanding of retail operations and shop management.

Desired qualifications

  • Languages skills : Proficiency in English at a C1 level required (C2 is an advantage).
  • Computer skills : 
    • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Familiarity with CEGID – Y2 and Point-of-Sale (POS) tools.
