Tasks:

  • Responsibility for the monthly payroll processing including social insurances
  • Responsibility for time management
  • Consulting of superiors and employees
  • Responsible for all changes in the ERP system
  • Annual accounts with the social insurances
  • Connection between human resources and accounting
  • Main responsibility for the auditors
  • Assistance in the ongoing optimization of operative HR processes
  • Main responsibility for the badges and their access management
  • Participation in HR-relevant projects

 

We expect:

  • Commercial degree with further education in HR 
  • Minimum 2 or 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Reliable, proactive and independent way of working
  • Very good knowledge of English, German or/and French knowledge is an asset 
  • Knowledge Success Factors
