What we count on you for – Your mission

  • Team and operations management: Direct management of multiple team leaders, 100+ employees in total. Ensuring a smooth flow of materials in the warehouse while maintaining high health, safety and quality standards as well as legal and internal company regulations.
  • Planning and communication: Planning activities to ensure required resources and capacity. Effective communication of priorities and process requirements to the teams. Organizing regular meetings and briefings with warehouse workers in collaboration with shift supervisors.
  • Logistics and process optimization: Structuring work processes in collaboration with the Logistics and Lean Coordinator. Analysis of operational data, support in decision-making and prioritization as well as communication with the Sales, Customs and Quality departments regarding services and material flow.
  • Employee development and personnel management: Recruitment, training, motivation and development of employees in accordance with HR guidelines. Ensuring the versatility and skills of warehouse staff. Solving organizational and personnel-related problems.
  • Continuous improvement and projects: Promoting continuous improvement measures, ensuring compliance with Lean and 5S standards and active participation in productivity improvement initiatives. Significant contribution to main projects of the site, such as warehouse expansion or implementation of new softwares and technologies
