Babolat is a proud family-owned company whose history with racquet sports began in 1875, accompanying the birth of tennis and badminton. The Lyon-based brand built its expertise on a raw material, natural gut, from which the first racquet strings were made and proceeded to become a leading equipment supplier for racquet sports lovers.

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing the relationships and growth for several local key accounts.

Activités

Your challenges :

  • Lead the several key accounts in the country
  • Advocate for brand positioning and point of difference.
  • Grow businesses in alignment with shared performance goals, exceeding targets and driving ranking within this retailer.
  • Build strong, collaborative, and cross functional relationships with the teams in Europe, both centrally at the HQ and with local market.
  • Work closely with Strategic Key Account team &amp his Country Manager to build new joint business plans and the 360 support elements to maximize launch and brand potential tailored programs to our key accounts.
  • Ensure strong 360 planning, to maximize key account potential across all touch points for leadership including media, social, digital campaigns, site content, CRM and multi-platforms (app, social, site, retail) with optimized investment.
  • Reporting &amp analysis: Weekly and monthly sales reporting and communication, identify opportunities and amplify successes, manage detailed omni side by side, track rankings, launch tracking and reporting.
  • Forecasting and budget management: accurate and well thought through forecasting of growth and newness
  • Partner with the Country Manager to develop local key accounts in the region by negotiating best terms and ensuring right long-term plans in full alignment for the brand programs.

    Profil

    Graduate in sales management, you have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, giving you solid skills in sales &amp key account management.

    You have proficiency in negociation, you also have high level analytical and reporting skills.

    Passion for racket sports is a plus.

    Recognized for your communication skills, you are extremely organized and have an ability to prioritize. You can build strong relationship and works collaboratively cross functionally to drive business results.

    Native italian, you are fluent in english and french is a plus.
    Travel will be required for this position.
