About the job

As the Mizuno online activities are growing, you will be responsible for developing and growing Mizuno’s loyalty marketing programme, web content and email campaigns.

This will require a careful analysis, commercial mindset, understanding of consumer behavior and a close collaboration across departments.

Key tasks and responsibilities

Loyalty and Email programmes:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end management of Mizuno’s loyalty programme

  • Plan, design and implement the loyalty and email strategies to increase customer engagement, boost retention and maximize sales

  • Co-ordinate and develop the programmes for the different sporting categories and audiences based on their value segmentation

  • Ensure that we have a loyalty offering that is up-to-date and relevant, offering new benefits and incentives to drive CLV

  • Executes targeted promotional campaigns to members including forecasting results, campaign delivery and post campaign measurement

  • Execute all the plans by managing the loyalty programme calendar

  • Develop targeted email campaigns for the different segments

  • Develop marketing plan, road map and annual budget for the programmes

  • Manage and work with Mizuno’s loyalty platform & rewards program backend

  • Responsible to drive the relevant KPIs to meet the business objectives

Web content:

  • Update content on Mizuno’s website using content management systems and other relevant tools

  • Maintain and update the website content to drive product awareness and conversion eg. banners

  • Editing of images for website use for campaigns

  • Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders product launches to ensure website visibility

About you

  • Higher education / University degree in Marketing, Communications or Commercial Business or similar.

  • 3-5 years digital marketing experience.

  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, loyalty programme software, Photoshop and relevant tools.

  • Passionate about sports.

  • Mastering English language, written is key.

  • Able to work with internal stakeholders ie. Ecommerce, Marketing, Product

  • Eligible to work in The Netherlands.
