As our Retail Cluster Lead [City Name], On will rely on you to oversee retail stores under your area to build strong retail understanding across all team members, create a positive impact for the team and the company, live and breathe On’s culture and spirit, enhance retail excellence internally and spread the love and passion to external partners.

You will act as an important bridge in bringing resources necessary to support retail business growth in your area and be responsible for store performance and provide data insights based on your store/market visits as well as conversations with landlords and different stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with cross functional teams and the China retail team to co-create On’s Wow moment on People, Experience, Product, and Tech.

Your mission

– Embrace On’s retail business and overall mission to inspire Store Leaders and their team to showcase highest level of customer experience in each and every interaction

– Provide factual and data-based insights to support business decisions in the interest of our stores

– Build trusted relationships with your Store Leaders to execute store-related activities, design and implement plans to level up store performance.
Oversee talent related topics with individual store and coach/collaborate with Store Leaders and Talent Business Partners on execution part

– Work closely with Retail Operation Lead to deliver new New Store Opening plans and review retail playbook, SOPs and quality standards with existing stores to thrive for retail excellence

– Work closely with Merchandising, Training and Marketing team to follow product updates, assortment plans and push sell-through for individual stores
Support the China Retail Head with yearly budget planning and monthly forecast adjustment for store sales in your area of responsibility

– Share best practices among the stores in your area and beyond to foster a collaborative culture

Your story

– At least +6 years’ experience in related retail industry with similar role or in customer-setting with managerial responsibilities

– College degree and above, bachelor’s degree preferred

– Fluent in English and Mandarin(reading, speaking, writing), multi-language skills is a plus

– Operational retail experience in a sports / fashion, passion for running is a strong plus

– A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal, hospitality and communication skills across physical and digital channels

– An entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional organizational skills to proactively anticipate future store needs and support in-store problem solving on the spot
Flexible with working hours including weekend and holiday work as needed, openness to travel within China as per business requirements

You will also work with Tech Rep to provide unique and valuable On running culture and experience to runners and the community by partnering with Internal & external stakeholders. Develop a process and system to continuous collect feedbacks from runners and communities that allow On to elevate brand initiatives as well as community engagement model.
