Amer Sports Europe Services GmbH - (Junior) Cash Collection Specialist with German - Kraków

Are you fluent in German, highly communicative, and ready to make an impact in a global finance team? We are looking for an enthusiastic Cash Collections Specialist to join us, where your primary role will be managing and collecting outstanding accounts from our wholesale clients. You’ll be a key player in ensuring our receivables are accurate and up-to-date while engaging directly with customers and internal teams in a collaborative, supportive environment.

What you will be doing:

• Account Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage customer account portfolios daily, ensuring timely collections and proactive follow-up with overdue accounts.
• Customer Interaction: Engage directly with clients (primarily in German) via email and phone to resolve billing issues, negotiate payment plans, and address queries related to credit, billing, and orders.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, CX, ITC) and the Credit Manager to address credit holds and find swift solutions to account-related issues.
• Process Documentation & Training: Support team success by creating/updating procedures, conducting on-the-job training for new joiners, and ensuring smooth account management processes.

What you need to succeed:

• Languages: Proficiency in German (B2 or above) and English is required, to enable effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Experience & Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume collections or customer service is a plus;
  • SAP knowledge (credit master data, sales orders, processing payments & queries) is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; you’re comfortable and confident in client-facing situations.
  • A proactive mindset and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and tackle challenges effectively.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
