Do you have around 3 years of experience in procurement, specifically in indirect purchasing?

Join us to optimize our procurement strategy for the Travel and Catering categories!

Your main objective will be to evolve this indirect procurement function.

This involves defining and implementing a procurement strategy where you will also add value to support Salomon’s growth objectives and elevate the Purchasing function as a strategic partner within the company.

Your missions:

  • Define the procurement strategy for your market(s).
  • Develop your knowledge of external markets, stakeholders, and costs to propose and direct internal services toward new solutions: concepts, processes, technologies, and innovations.
  • Select suppliers within your scope who meet expectations and are reliable in terms of quality, cost, delivery, development, and services.
  • Negotiate with external and internal stakeholders: formalize and contract decisions.
  • Assess supplier risks according to criteria defined by the Group (financial, revenue impact, social responsibility, geopolitical context, legal, etc.).
  • Address operational and complex disputes with suppliers and/or compliance with intervention conditions with related services.
  • Collaborate on deploying continuous improvement processes with our suppliers (lean, co-development, etc.).
  • Lead the setup and framing meetings for your market areas.
  • Facilitate the periodic review of contracts and associated key indicators.
  • Ensure technological monitoring.

Qualifications

Essential Knowledge:

  • You have a Bac + 5 degree, ideally with a specialization in procurement.
  • You possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing within an international company.
  • Negotiation techniques, legal knowledge, and mastery of the supply chain and procurement.
  • Technical expertise in your procurement area is desired.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous successful experience in Facility Management and Travel categories.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Languages: English B2, French: fluent.
  • IT: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Concur, Ariba, SAP (a plus).
