We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and dynamic Group Lead to oversee our Key Accounts Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving success in our most critical client relationships, ensuring we deliver value, build trust, and foster long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a strong background in key account management, team leadership, and strategic planning. You will play a pivotal role in aligning our team’s efforts with the company’s broader objectives while supporting the professional growth and performance of each team member.
Your mission
– Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of key account representatives to achieve high performance and provide exceptional service. Promote a collaborative and motivated team environment that supports individual growth and team success.
– Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for each key account, aligning with business objectives and ensuring we consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
– Client Relationship Management: Serve as the senior point of contact for key accounts, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships and addressing issues swiftly and effectively.
– Revenue Growth and Retention: Drive revenue growth across the key accounts portfolio by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver value-driven solutions that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
– Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, ensuring our services and solutions evolve to meet the changing demands of the market and clients.
– Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key account metrics, analyze performance trends, and report insights to senior leadership. Use data to set goals, track progress, and continuously improve service delivery.
– Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices within the team to streamline account management processes and enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
Your story
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
– Proven experience in key account management or client relations, with a track record of success in managing high-value clients.
– Previous experience in a team lead or management role, with strong skills in coaching and developing team members.
– Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric mindset and the ability to build trust and credibility with key stakeholders.
– Proficiency in CRM and account management software is preferred.
