We are looking for our new Footwear development industrialization engineer, based in Dong Xoai – Vietnam.

• Act as the on-site footwear developer to support the footwear team in understanding the needs and challenges faced by Tier 1 suppliers during development.
• Ensure Tier 1 development teams clearly understand and follow technical packages (TP) and modifications.
• Leverage knowledge of construction, processes, and materials to influence development decisions.
• Manage and monitor laboratory tests for materials and finished shoes.
• Oversee sample room management during all prototype stages.
• Conduct weekly follow-ups on development and sample planning.
• Collaborate with the footwear team to propose cost-efficient design ideas.
• Make timely decisions within the defined scope to accelerate development progress.

• Ensure seamless industrialization of new developments through various stages.
• Provide technical expertise on patterns, construction, and materials to facilitate smooth production of new models.
• Drive process improvements to enhance product quality, speed, and efficiency.
• Review and validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during the pre-production stage for strategic models.
• Oversee T4 timelines to ensure timely product delivery and resolution of development and commercialization issues.
• Collaborate with the development and quality teams to create DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) files.

• Collaborate with HQ and the manager to create manufacturing guidelines for pro-player samples.
• Supervise the sample room during the production of pro-player samples.
• Validate the quality of samples before shipment.

Graduate in engineering, you have at least 3 years’ of relevant experience in a similar role, giving you solid skills in product engineering, development and industrialization.

You have proficiency in reading shell patterns, 2D and 3D blueprints, BOM/CBD, FCT, etc.

Recognized for your ability to solve problems and provide solutions to development and commercialization challenges. You enjoy working in international collaborative environments (Asia &amp France), with the ability to work with Asia-based peers and France-based brand leads.

Finally, you are fluent in written and spoken English.

This position is available immediately and is based in Dong Xoai, requiring regular travel to our industrial partners.
