The Role:

As the EMEA Facilities and Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all facilities (both hard and soft services) across Deckers' EMEA locations, including offices and showrooms. You will collaborate with relevant on-site parties to develop and implement facilities policies across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with local legislation in eight countries.

You will develop and maintain productive and effective relationships with peers, superiors, and all external and internal parties, both globally and locally. You will represent the company in a positive and supportive manner at all times, delivering superb customer service and communicating across all levels of the organization.

You will manage a small team consisting of three Facilities Coordinators, one Receptionist, and one Fleet Coordinator. You will provide clear direction and support as needed to ensure the successful delivery of all facilities and fleet-related projects, as well as a seamless, professional front-of-house service at all locations.

Your Impact:

The Facilities and Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing all facilities, maintenance, policy creation, and fleet management across Deckers EMEA.

Team Management

  • Lead a team of three Facilities Coordinators, one Fleet Coordinator, and one London-based Receptionist.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage team performance, ensuring effective workloads and necessary training.

Facilities Management

  • Maintain and ensure safe, effective workspaces across all Deckers EMEA offices.
  • Manage procurement of hard and soft services, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
  • Implement Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.

Fleet Management

  • Oversee Fleet Management tasks and support the Fleet Coordinator.
  • Ensure comprehensive understanding and responsibility for fleet processes within EMEA.

Property Management

  • Develop and enforce security policies for the EMEA property portfolio.
  • Maintain effective communication with landlords.
  • Manage company insurance policies in collaboration with the Global Treasury team.

Health & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation in collaboration with the Health & Safety Manager.
  • Assist in policy creation for the EMEA region.

Who You Are:

  • An empathetic leader who provides day-to-day guidance.
  • Articulate, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
  • Exceptionally skilled in planning and organization.
  • Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willing to travel between sites in the EMEA region as required.

We would Love to Hear from People with:                

  • Significant experience in Facilities management
  • Experience managing Facilities across EMEA with multi sites.
  • Fleet management experience is beneficial
  • Previous experience managing a team.
