ABOUT THE TEAM
You’ll join the Digital Sales team based in Geneva, working at the intersection of e-commerce, operations, and sales strategy. Our team is passionate about building strong partnerships with key digital players—especially Amazon—and making data-driven decisions to drive sell-through, improve visibility, and ensure our Columbia and SOREL products are always ready to meet customer demand. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Key Account Managers, Planners, Merchandisers, and Customer Operations teams across Europe to ensure seamless execution from product launch to post-season management.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Digital Account Specialist, your mission is to support and optimize the performance of our Amazon account across all aspects of the digital sales cycle. From preparing seasonal assortments and managing line lists, to analyzing sales and stock data and coordinating operational tasks, you'll be the key driver ensuring our products are visible, available, and performing. You’ll act as the operational lead with Amazon’s brand specialists and internal teams, making sure everything from content to deliveries is aligned. You’ll also play a strategic role in identifying improvements, elevating our forecasting practices, and benchmarking digital best practices to help us stay ahead in a fast-evolving landscape.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
- You’ll build and manage seasonal product assortments, comparing with past seasons, identifying gaps, and collaborating with merch and planning to build accurate forecasts.
- You’ll lead the sell-in preparation process, presenting assortments and forecasts with a strong focus on analytics and sales performance.
- You’ll track sales-through and inventory using tools like Power BI to anticipate needs and suggest replenishment opportunities.
- You’ll coordinate in-season operations, ensuring product availability, delivery accuracy, and catalogue integrity on Amazon.
- You’ll be the key liaison with Amazon’s Brand Specialists, owning the daily follow-ups on visuals, product descriptions, deals, availability, payment reconciliations, etc.
- You’ll partner with internal stakeholders (distribution center, planning, customer service, sales ops) to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- You’ll contribute to longer-term initiatives like contributing to the launch of the marketplace business model, improving forecasting, exploring automation through AI, and benchmarking content best practices across other brands on Amazon.
YOU ARE
- Passionate about diving into data and solving complex problems through analysis and collaboration.
- Comfortable navigating between detail-oriented tasks and big-picture thinking.
- Naturally proactive—you take initiative and lead conversations with confidence and curiosity.
- Comfortable working with people from different cultures and backgrounds, showing openness and adaptability.
- Not afraid to challenge the status quo, make recommendations, and influence decision-makers with insights.
- A strong communicator who can switch from operational follow-ups to strategic discussions with ease.
YOU HAVE
- Previous experience in operations roles such as demand planning, order book management, sales and account operations, or supply chain optimization.
- Experience working with the Amazon environment is a strong plus.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions) and familiarity with data tools like Power BI.
- A solid understanding of how digital accounts operate—from forecasting and logistics to product content and sell-through.
- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive projects independently while working cross-functionally.
- Fluency in English (other European languages are a plus).
