• Implement and enforce data governance standards (access control, data lineage, and retention policies) in collaboration with the global data governance team.

• Develop and oversee data quality metrics and frameworks, ensuring reliable and accurate datasets for business use.

• Partner with the Analytics and Insights team to support portfolio, BI engineering efforts and change management while being a stakeholder on prioritization efforts and an SME for data engineering initiatives.

• Partner with Technical Architects and global data architecture teams to ensure data engineering solutions align with organizational goals.

• Drive adoption of modern tools, technologies, and practices, such as cloud-based solutions and CI/CD pipelines, to enhance data engineering processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and implement emerging data technologies that align with the company’s vision.

• Proactively manage incidents, system changes, and updates related to data ingestion and structures, ensuring minimal disruption and high availability.

• Establish and maintain a Data Knowledge Base to support data literacy initiatives across the organization.

• Ensure compliance with data security, GDPR, and data privacy standards across all platforms
