Your role:

We are in business to save our home planet. Your role will contribute to this purpose by ensuring the business processes, technical infrastructure and systems are supporting the Logistics Team and wider EMEA priorities.

 

Main tasks:

  • Facilitate communication streams between 3PL partner and internal stakeholders

  • Act as the core Logistics Team representative for various internal cross-functional projects for Patagonia EMEA

  • Facilitating internal and external projects through, but not limited to, planning, scope definition, resource management and ensuring successful interactions between 3PL partner and Patagonia

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Logistics business processes and systems

  • Facilitating regression & user/smoke testing for the Logistics business processes

  • Define areas for business process improvements

  • Translate business needs into user stories, technical specifications and process models for the solutions powering the Logistics function

  • Manage and collaborate with various stakeholders, attend status meetings with development partners and global colleagues

  • Lead change management initiatives by carrying out impact analysis, training, and documentation

  • Advise on risk mitigating procedures during projects and process changes

 

 

What we’re looking for:

  • A love of the outdoors

  • An interest in saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your work

  • Bachelor or master’s degree or similar years’ work experience

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in a similar role and experience

  • Planning, organizational and project management abilities

  • End-to-end experience in all aspects of logistics operations experience, preferably in apparel

  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate colleagues, and elicit work output development of team members across multiple locations and functions

  • You have a track record of experience working in a fast paced, commercial environment and the ability to be successful in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders

  • Flexible, self-motivated, adaptable and hands on

  • Language Skills: Fluent English, other languages an asset

  • This is a full time position, based in Amsterdam office

  • We have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per week
