Amer Sports Global Business Services is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. If you are passionate about IT service management, platform development, and automation, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

In this role, you will lead ServiceNow development efforts, ensure platform efficiency, and drive innovation by implementing best practices and modern integrations. This position requires requires strong knowledge of Customer Service Management (CSM). You will work closely with platform owners, stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure the system aligns with business needs and delivers high-quality solutions.

What you will be doing:

• ServiceNow Development & Customization: Develop and maintain applications within the ServiceNow platform, including Customer Service Management (CSM), Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Portal.
• Integration development and management: Develop and maintain integrations with SAP, Confluence, Jira, JAMF, Intune, TEAMS, Salesforce, etc.
• Scripting & Automation: Create and maintain server-side scripts, ACLs, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, and other automation solutions.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with platform owners, IT teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance.
• Platform Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer within the team.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new ServiceNow modules and best practices, adapting to evolving business needs.
• ServiceNow Maintenance: Support cloning, updates, and general maintenance of the platform.

What you need to succeed:

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow as a developer, including at least 2 years in CSM (Customer Service Management).
• ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CIS ITSM, and CSM.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow solutions, scripting, and integrations.
• Experience in ServiceNow APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and data imports.
• Ability to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement efficient workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working in an international IT environment.
• Fluent English (written & spoken) is required.
