Amer Sports is seeking a SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics team in Kraków, Poland.

In this role, you will collaborate with international teams across North America and Asia, providing data-driven insights and supporting our transition to SAP S/4. Your work will bridge the gap between Data Engineers and Data Analysts, helping to nurture a data-driven culture globally.

What you will be doing:

• SAC Support & Monitoring: Provide 1st/2nd/3rd level support for SAP Analytics Cloud, ensuring smooth operation and issue resolution.
• Dashboard & Report Enhancements: Develop new and improve SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards and reports, optimizing usability and data visualization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT and business teams to understand data analytics & BI requirements.
• Compliance & User Access: Cooperate with the Authorization team to ensure secure and compliant user experiences.
• User Training & Documentation: Help develop training materials and conduct user training to enhance adoption.
• Data Governance: Maintain Data Catalog and Data Lineage, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

What you need to succeed:

• Experience as a Junior Consultant or Consultant working with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and/or SAP BO Tools.
• Basic knowledge of SAP BW/BW4 Data Warehouse or SAP Datasphere modelling is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data analytics and BI best practices.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Self-directed and innovative mindset. 
• Fluent English skills (written & spoken).
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other Amer Sports locations.
