Amer Sports is seeking an ambitious Invoice to Cash Accountant to join our Cash Application team of talented professionals who share a passion for finance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial operations.

The main purpose of this position is to process incoming payments accurately, reconcile accounts, resolve queries, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to improve processes and maintain a high standard of financial operations.

What you will be doing:

• Payment Processing: Download bank files, upload them into SAP, and post daily payments (wires, ACH credit transfers, and checks) to customer accounts.
• Manual Posting & Remittances: Process manual payments, manage remittances, and handle credit card and direct debit transactions.
• Reconciliation & Issue Resolution: Research unidentified payments, ensure correct allocation, and inform relevant teams about unallocated cash.
• Process Improvement & Documentation: Maintain and update desktop procedures, support audit requests, and contribute to process efficiency.
• Collaboration & Training: Actively cooperate with Business Units and other departments, conduct training for new joiners, and participate in backup structures.
• Month-End Closing Tasks: Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and take responsibility for designated GL accounts.
• Reporting & Compliance: Report all issues to the Team Leader and ensure compliance with company financial procedures.

What you need to succeed:

• At least six months of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or at least completion of the 3rd year of studies).
• Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher).
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
• Experience with SAP or other financial systems is a plus.
• Basic Excel skills (functions, formatting, calculations).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
