The Global Transportation Team is looking for his/her future Supply Chain Transportation Assistant M/W to support the implementation of SLA with Outdoor performance Brands  

Your missions will be to assist with the coordination of SLA construction : 

• Collect feedback from main stakeholders from D&T and Brands

• Participate to meeting review / Support animation of workshops  

• Contribute to design SLA documents based on defined template

• Act as an interface between different internal departments 

• Support administrative tasks according to the instructions of the Transportation leader

• Maintain and update Operations process documentations

• Ensure smooth flow of communication between all parties 

• Test and conduct live implementation via monthly or quarterly reviews 

 

 

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain or equivalent

Specific Skills: 

• Good redactional skills (Words)
• Organizational talent 
• Autonomous and proactive 
• Good communication skills and team spirit 
• Language(s): Excellent standard of English (BILINGUAL) is a must, good standard of French is a plus 
• IT skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Pack (Word and Power Point mainly)
