Our Strategic Talent Acquisition team is looking for an experienced Sourcer to join our team. In this role, you will help shape On’s teams through collaborating with stakeholders, managing end-to-end Sourcing processes, developing D&I sourcing strategies and engaging with top talent communities globally. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency, whilst continuously seeking new and creative ways of delivering state of the art Sourcing.

Your mission

– Leverage your strong understanding of On’s business and take full ownership Sourcing for a variety of teams with a focus on niche and Executive level roles.

– Partner with business leaders, recruiters and hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advise on best sourcing strategy

– Develop creative sourcing strategies for attracting active and passive talent from under-represented groups

– Engage with candidates and prospects to provide expert assessment of skills, competencies and spirits

– Utilise data and reporting to inform your sourcing strategy, manage and optimize hiring funnels while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience

– Collaborate with our creative talent community and represent On for potential candidates on social media, professional networks and in-person events

– Keep the teams up-to-date with relevant highlights and market trends as well as supporting with data driven decision making

– Partner with the broader talent team and take part in ad hoc projects and initiatives (e.g. building creative communities and talent pools, establish (university) partnerships, driving talent initiatives to support the diversification of our hiring funnels)

Your story

You have 5+ years of experience in sourcing with the majority of that experience in an inhouse role

You are passionate about sourcing and researching

– You know how to identify potential candidates through the use of creative sourcing methods well beyond the limits of LinkedIn Recruiter

– Experience sourcing for niche and Director+ level roles

– You trust your tools as much as your data, are known for your organisational skills and your ability to prioritise according to what is critical for the business

– Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday and Greenhouse is ideal

– You bring experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior recruiters and diverse groups of business leaders

– You thrive in a dynamic environment and can manage ambiguity

– Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
