POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Join our Global Warehousing team as a Reporting and Analytics Specialist!
Reporting to the VP Warehousing of Amer Sports, you will join a growing company in a multicultural team with great opportunities to learn and to develop!
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing the reporting for our Warehousing activities, collecting the data, identifying and challenging deviations, collecting actions to mitigate deviations from targets and following up on results.
You will be also in charge of collecting performance and finance related KPIs in order to enable the optimization of efficiency and costs to support Amer Sports brands strong growth plans.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collect data and reports from all global Distribution Centers (DCs)
• Aggregate them into global reports, dashboards
• Analyze deviations with Regional Directors and/or DC Managers and manage actions lists
• Provide warehousing data to the global Distribution and Transportation community, and follow up on service level performance and deviations
• Prepare regular communication packs for ExCom and brand-meetings
• Unify and standardize reporting for all Amer Sports warehouses: costs, service, quality, safety and create regular monthly communication packs
• Work in strong cooperation with Data Analytics Manager to design new reports
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
• General knowledge about Warehousing KPI and budget figures
• Business-oriented mindset with end-to-end value chain understanding
• Strong analytical skills
• Translate complex figures into easy-to-understand executive summaries
• Supply Chain process understanding
• Microsoft Office, SAP, WMS, BI & Web reporting systems knowledge
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Structured and organized
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Ability to travel as needed, domestically and internationally ~10%
YOUR PROFILE:
• 1-3 years logistics experience
• International business working experience favorable
• Proven experience in reporting, gathering data, analyzing and following up on actions
• Proficiency in English
• German and/ or French would be an advantage.
