Join On’s Product Operations team as a Product Data Integrity Specialist and play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our product data. You will be responsible for conducting data audits, collaborating with stakeholders across different departments, and maintaining data integrity throughout the product lifecycle. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong data entry skills, and a passion for accuracy, this role is perfect for you.

You will be a member of the Product Operations team and report to the Head of Product Data Integrity.

Your mission

– Champion Data Quality: Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure data completeness, consistency, and accuracy across our PLM system and Smartsheets, maintaining high standards of data credibility at the source.
– Collaborate for Accuracy: Partner with R&D, Sourcing, other data teams such as PMD, D365, etc., and suppliers to locate, verify, and correct product data, fostering a collaborative approach to data integrity.
– Monitor & Maintain Data Health: Proactively monitor daily data accuracy and completeness, following up with data owners and ensuring adherence to established KPIs and our data glossary.
– Own the Data Lifecycle: Ensure clear data ownership throughout the product lifecycle, aligning with our data glossary and stage gates (LR1, LR2, FLE, etc.).
– Analyze & Report: Prepare and present insightful data summaries and reports to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
– Historical Data Clean-up: Support data clean-up initiatives, such as, but not inclusive of, verifying and updating Bill of Materials (BoM) attributes and material/factory data, ensuring accurate product specifications and informed decision-making.
– Prioritize Effectively: Prioritize data entry tasks based on seasonal collections and current styles, ensuring timely and relevant product information.
– Communicate & Problem-Solve: Proactively report progress, identify potential issues, and collaborate with the PLM team and Super User to find effective solutions.

Your story

– Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role requiring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting. Comfortable working with large datasets and complex formulas.
– Solid understanding of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and its role in managing product data.
– A strong team player with the ability to also work independently and take initiative.
– Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
– A quick learner with a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of an organization and diverse audiences.

The Product Operations team is the co-pilot to On’s product engine, driving continuous improvement by enhancing efficiency, data quality & credibility, digitalization, and compliance.
We ensure the correct information flow across internal and external teams and streamline operations by creating and managing calendars, building and improving processes, configuring and implementing ready made software, developing in-house product systems, ensuring product data credibility, synthesizing data across many channels, and spearheading product compliance. With a global mindset and commitment to operational excellence, we support On’s R&D teams worldwide.
