About the job

Are you passionate about e-commerce and ready to take on a dynamic role that drives growth and innovation?

In this role you will be responsible for developing and growing Mizuno’s marketplace presence to realise our growth ambitions.

This will require marketplace and ecommerce knowledge, careful analysis, commercial mindset, understanding of consumer behaviour and a close collaboration across departments.

You will be the main point of contact for the marketplaces, integrators and the internal cross functional teams. You will be responsible for the health of the accounts, operational excellence and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Launch and manage a portfolio of Marketplaces to drive sustainable growth, based on a strong understanding of marketplace programmes, tools, and internal and external processes.

  • Ensure products launch accurately and on time with correct pricing, images, copy, navigation, and product feed.

  • Optimisation of marketplace performance: optimise products content to increase visibility and understand the competitive landscape.

  • Build and manage relationships with the Marketplaces.

  • Plan and execute Marketplace advertising campaigns to increase product visibility and drive traffic.

  • Manage and optimise A+ Content ensuring all content meets the relevant Marketplaces’ guidelines and brand standards.

  • Support inventory planning and forecasting to ensure stock levels are maintained and aligned.

  • Produce business recommendations and actionable insights by using analytical tools to interpret brand and product performance data.

  • Keep up to date with Marketplace features and tools to enhance product visibility.

  • Accountable for sales, revenue and profitability targets.

  • Monitor spending for adherence to budget.

About you

  • Higher education / University degree in Marketing, Communications or Commercial Business or similar.

  • 2-3 years Marketplace experience.

  • Passionate about sports.

  • Mastering English language, written is key.

  • Able to work with internal stakeholders.

  • Capable of analysing and interpreting data, identifying trends or inefficiencies to achieve effective.

  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel to deal with and process large data sets to achieve the above.

  • Eligible to work in The Netherlands.
