The Marketing Management Lead is a strategic and visionary leader responsible for driving marketing excellence and achieving exceptional business results in the dynamic Japanese market. This pivotal role collaborates closely with the Senior Lead Marketing, Japan, to align marketing initiatives with the company’s overarching objectives, ensuring brand recognition, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Your mission
– Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies that align with the company’s business goals and objectives for the Japan market. (both wholesale and Retail)
– Manage the marketing budget prudently, optimizing resource allocation to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
– As one of the senior members of our marketing team, you are expected to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
– Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive dynamics.
– Measure the success of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights and analytics, making data-informed decisions to optimize performance.
Your story
– In-depth understanding of marketing principles, best practices, and consumer behavior in the Japanese Sports / Fashion & Lifestyle context.
– 7+ years of progressive marketing management / GTM planning experience in an agency (+ brand ), with a proven track record of success in the Japanese market.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing concepts clearly and persuasively both in Japanese and in English.
– Possessing a strong teamwork mindset, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members for better collaboration.
– Excellent project management skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.

As a part of the Japan marketing team, you will not only be expected to work within Japanese office members, but also work closely with the marketing and campaign team, plus other related teams in APAC and Global. At our core, we plan and execute exciting campaigns and GTM plans for the fans who have high expectations of On, and also to new fans who haven’t experienced On yet. If you’re bursting with original ideas and have the drive and skills to see them realized, this is the team for you.
