The Manager, Consolidations and Reporting will manage the global financial close consolidation process and help drive process & system improvements. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and other departments to drive completeness and accuracy of the Company’s financial results. The Manager will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and transparency of the Company’s financial statements and results of operations.
What you will be doing:

Lead Month-End Consolidation Process: Take full ownership of the corporate month-end consolidation close, managing and overseeing the consolidation of each brand’s financial results in the global system.

Cash Flow Statement Preparation: Prepare consolidated and brand-specific cash flow statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual), analyzing cash movements and drivers while continuously improving automation using OneStream.

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed fluctuation analyses for balance sheets and income statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Key Liaison for Consolidation Process: Act as the central point of contact for the monthly consolidation process, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution with global teams. Liaise with external auditors during quarterly closes.

Ensure Financial Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial statements in line with IFRS, US GAAP, SEC Reporting standards, and the Group Accounting Manual.

Collaborate on Balance Sheet Reviews: Partner with Brand Controllers and Global Business Services to conduct comprehensive quarterly and monthly balance sheet reviews for the business.

Manage Consolidation Activities: Oversee all consolidation-related tasks, including updates to the global chart of accounts, entity reporting hierarchies, and consolidation mappings, ensuring effective process controls.

Support Finance Transformation Projects: Actively contribute to finance transformation initiatives and help implement new technologies like SAP S/4 HANA and Blackline to enhance efficiency and performance.

Ensure Control Effectiveness: Monitor and maintain timely performance of consolidation-related controls at both the corporate and entity levels, ensuring ongoing effectiveness.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Brands, Global Business Services, Treasury, Tax, Financial Reporting, and Planning teams to drive standardization, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.

Special Projects & Ad-Hoc Analyses: Lead or support other ad-hoc analyses and special projects as needed, continuously contributing to the improvement of financial processes.
What you need to succeed:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Relevant Experience: 5-8 years of experience in consolidations, reporting, and financial analysis, ideally within public accounting or a publicly traded company.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX compliance; knowledge of IFRS is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Leadership & Project Management: Proven track record of leading projects, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Global Experience: Experience working in a global matrix organization, showcasing strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Collaborative Approach: Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally and maintain a proactive sense of urgency.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive and remain effective in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Financial Systems: Experience with OneStream or similar financial systems is an advantage.
