On is growing rapidly and expanding into new markets globally. We are looking to add an experienced Talent Acquisition leader who can help On grow in the right way as we navigate the ever changing talent landscape. This role is for someone who’s able to solve problems at scale, deliver exceptional hiring quality and efficiency, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways of delivering an unforgettable experience to both candidates and hiring managers.

Your mission

– You will manage, coach and develop a talented and growing team of R&D recruiters

– You will balance team leadership with owning recruiting efforts for leadership hiring in On’s R&D functions (Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development, Product Strategy, Design and more) developing a deep understanding of our hiring goals and supporting your team in achieving those across

– You will work closely with senior leaders across R&D to ensure we scale in the right way, attracting diverse talent and co-creating their hiring strategies

– You will be expected to stay ahead of industry changes and trends, delivering data driven insights to the business

– You will work closely together with your colleagues across the global Talent team and participate in or lead strategic Talent projects

– Engage with candidates and prospects to provide expert assessment of skills, competencies and spirits

– Keep hiring managers and the R&D recruiting team up-to-date with relevant updates and market trends as well as supporting with data driven decision making

Your story

– You have at least 8+ years experience in recruitment and leading high performing teams

– You enjoy creating a supportive team environment and sharing your expertise and insights to coach and develop individuals

– You know how to identify potential candidates through the use of creative sourcing methods well beyond the limits of LinkedIn (Recruiter)

– Experience recruiting for roles from Team Lead to Director level

– You trust your tools as much as your data, are known for your organisational skills and your ability to prioritise according to what is critical for the business

– You have a very strong strategic mindset and enjoy building and maintaining collaborative relationships with diverse groups of business leaders
– You thrive in a dynamic environment and can manage ambiguity

– Fluent in English with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
