In short

As Production Quality Assurance, you are responsible for managing product quality and process control in production with our manufacturing partners for the next-level of On’s products, and contributing in relevant quality projects and improvements of production compliance. As an important member of the Production team, you will be based in Ho Chi Minh City with frequent travel to factories in the South as mission assigned.

Your mission

– Work with On’s manufacturing partners in continuous improvement at the early stage of production to ensure quality and efficiency are both met On’s expectation.
– In line process checking to detect and calibrate issues at early stages.
– Frequency of final Inspection to ensure all products are in premium level in both appearance and in usage
– Ensure all products are lab tested and passed requirements (both physical requirements and RSL) before shipment.
– Follow up on relevant quality feedback from customers and take actions to improve product quality.
– Work with On’s manufacturing partners to manage production sustainability & compliance, ensure health and safety in production environment

Your story

– At least 5-7 years of experience in footwear production quality management
– Highly attentive to detail, function and quality
– Working proficiency level of English. Chinese is a plus
