Key Responsibilities:

• Controlling and Financial Reporting: Perform controlling activities, review monthly closings and prepare financial reports for assigned entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Consolidation for Selected Entities: Perform consolidation activities for specific entities, ensuring proper integration with the group’s consolidated financial statements.
• Intra-Group Reconciliation: Manage reconciliation of intra-group accounts to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial data across entities.
• Branch Review and Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of branch performance to support consolidated group insights.
• Financial Analysis: Provide analysis, monitoring variances, and interpreting discrepancies.
• Audit Participation: Engage in internal and external audits, including compliance with both Internal Control System (ICS) and SOX controls (Sarbanes-Oxley) standards, ensuring rigorous controls and compliance.
• Project Participation: Contribute to projects aimed at creating or improving management control tools, enhancing reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Finance and Management Control Coordination: Coordinate, support, and analyze finance and management control processes to promote consistency and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent education with relevant work experience in finance and controlling
• High attention to detail, strong independence in task execution, and collaborative teamwork 
• Strong communication / interaction skills
• Experience with SAP (an asset) and familiarity with SOX and ICS requirements.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), proficiency in German or French is a plus
